This will differ from my normal rambles & meditations in terms of being a bit shorter (5-10 Minutes) so I can complete it before the holidays arrive (and I can be sure to send back an audio for everyone who ordered one) - I will be traveling during the later half of the month to look after family, so to guarantee holiday delivery, please send your form in by Dec 10th
